In each section you will find helpful guides, videos and handouts to assist you through the content. You can also download content to your computer. Friendly reminder that printing some of these ebooks can use a lot of paper and ink, but you’re more than welcome to.
I highly recommended you begin with the Brain and Pain.
This will provide you with foundational lesson around the causes of chronic pain and how to begin healing. Once you have completed the Brain and Pain section proceed to view both the Healing Pain Diet and the Healing Movement & Exercise. Both are equally essential to improve your health.
The Heal Your Pain, Heal Your Life program is designed for anyone interested in improving their wellness and taking their health to the next level. As you scroll down the page you will find bonus interviews with leading health experts that provide thoughtful insight on improving your health.
